Plastering

Plastering is the process of covering new plaster board or existing ceilings and walls to create a smooth finish, ready for decorating.

We offer a range of finishes from modern plasters through to Lime Putty Skimmed Heritage work.

As the old cliché goes; there’s no job too small – we take on all sizes of plaster work from window surrounds, alcoves, ceilings and other residential renovations through to commercial properties, multiple structure sites and contract based projects across the East of England, London and the Home Counties.

If you wish to discuss your plastering needs, please contact our team and we will be happy to offer advice and recommendations along with a quote and timeframe.

Our dry-lining and plaster board services also include soundproofing, moisture resistant and fire resistant walls for both commercial and residential properties.

We are happy to work alongside all other contractors to ensure your installation runs as smoothly as possible and accommodates any and all electrical and plumbing works as well as custom home cinema installs and bespoke wardrobes, book shelves, featured recess walls etc.

You can discuss your individual needs with our professionals here.

traditional and sand
& cement rendering

We offer a wide range of traditional external renders to new or existing properties. From Pebble dashing and rough cast through to smooth finish render to create any desired finish.

We also work with English Heritage to renovate listed properties with the use of lime mortars, including goat hair lathes. This specialist finish creates a traditional and authentic finish for period properties of all shapes and size.

We are happy to work with a team of decorators to make sure your home, out-house, garage, office or warehouse is finished to the highest standard. We are also happy to recommend decorators for each project to help you achieve the best end result.

through colour
rendering

You can choose from a range of modern through colour finishes in a variety of textures, or a pitted stone finish with ashlar jointing.

Through colour render is a sand/cement/lime based render that is made from White Portland cement and added pigment to produce a coloured effect that is throughout the body of the material. The pigment is pre-blended into the product as part of the manufacturing process to produce a pre-bagged product.

These are very popular as certain through colour products are maintenance free and as they are pre-coloured it eliminates the need to paint.

floor screeding

We provide a traditional sand, cement and fibre floor screeding service for all buildings. We can also provide a liquid floor screed service which is ideal for buildings with under floor heating.

This service can be applied internally and externally to all building types including garages, summerhouses, external offices and swimming pools amongst others.

To speak to one of our floor screeding professionals please contact us here and we can advise the best option for your project.
